Line Collages

The third graders have been continuing to study line.  This quarter we are really focusing on using the correct vocabulary for line direction.  Instead of saying a "sideways line" we have learned to say horizontal.  The students were given a piece of 6x12 inch paper and divided it into three equal boxes. In each box they were to show me a directional design using construction paper.  We call it painting with scissors!
